Craig Groeshel released a book entitled The Power to Change. The main point of the book is “Mastering the Habits that Matter Most.” 

What makes you a great leader depends a lot on the habits that you have created in your life. The fourth habit Groeshel discusses in his book is “sowing not reaping.”

  • What’s something you do occasionally that you wish you did consistently? 

  • What’s something you’ve had intentions of doing but haven’t gotten around to it? 

  • What’s something you wish you wouldn’t have given up on because you didn’t see results as quickly as you would have liked to? 

  • What are the small habits you can start doing consistently that will create the results you’re hoping for daily?
