Craig Groeshel released a book entitled The Power to Change. The main point of the book is “Mastering the Habits that Matter Most.” 

What makes you a great leader depends a lot on the habits that you have created in your life. Groeshel says in his book that the first thing to do is to “Think Who Not Do.”

  • What are some good habits that you have created in your life that have had positive impacts on your life? 

  • What are some negative habits that you wish you could break? 

  • Have you come to believe something about yourself only because others have said that about you? 

  • How can you begin to change the way you see yourself in order to change the habits you need to change?
