Two foundational reasons for why we worship - God is worthy and there is power in agreement.
Worship brings us into agreement with God.
God's response to our worship is to release His glory.
Jesus taught us to call for agreement between heaven and earth in our prayers. Heaven is in perpetual adoration of God and we need to start doing what Heaven is doing.

How have you typically defined worshiped?
How is worship more than just songs we sing?
Do you think there are things that you apply more awe and wonder to than you do towards God?
