Every present need requires an eternal solution. Jesus Christ was the earthly revelation of that eternal solution.
We still wait for God to put into motion his final healing and deliverance, but we don’t wait without hope.
Our primary problem is a nature of sin that leads to eternal death, but Jesus Christ came to be the eternal solution to our overall primary present problem.
Salvation is not found in creation, it’s found in the creator.
The first advent was a relief from our sins and the second advent will be a relief from our sufferings.
One of the great dangers for us in the present is that we will replace God with something else.
God has things fully under control and in the fullness of time will answer your need in the present and our ultimate need in the eternal. Until then all we have in him is all we need to get through.
In the middle of our present problems we can walk with our eternal solution. He is enough.
When followers of Christ display God’s love, the gospel shines more brightly and attracts more people to Christ — the Light of the world.
