God can turn our disappointments into divine appointments.
If we can stand firm together in the Spirit, we can overcome small differences and work together towards a common goal.
Key questions to ask ourselves as we partner within the body - Am I motivated by Christ's love? Am I seeking unity or my way? Am I selfish & conceited or humble? Am I considering others above myself?
Our motive is to be connected together in Christ and moved with his compassion. The method is harmony with one another. The model is Christ.
Union and uniformity is not the same as unity.
Boldness comes from the Spirit of God and the prayers of the body joined together. This boldness frees you to live for Christ without fear of death.
Eternity with Christ will be a joyful celebration but until then we are called to fruitful collaboration for the Kingdom of God.
Joy and peace is found when you begin to understand that what you are a part of is so much bigger than the part that you get to play.
God specializes in using imperfect people to point others to a perfect Savior.
Don't become so bound in a prison of your ideologies that they keep you from rejoicing over the work of the kingdom.
