  • Even when the resurrection happened, there was uncertainty.

  • Strength in our faith comes from remembering and trusting what God has told us.

  • When things don’t make sense, when things are falling apart, when you’re wrestling with something, run to the tomb. The empty tomb has been and is the answer to many questions.

  • Christ didn’t just come to help us turn over a new leaf, he came to make us a new person. He doesn’t just make bad people good, he brings dead people to life.

  • The kingdom of God has spread through the world ever since his resurrection through imperfect, incomplete, struggling people who trusted that Jesus is good and invited others into that.

  • The resurrection was not done for a weekend holiday, it was done to bring new life.

  • Run to the tomb. Believe it’s empty. Believe he’s risen. Then start living like you believe it.
