It’s quite possible for ourselves, or even those on our team, to be working really hard at the assignment but not working toward the right goal. It’s quite possible for ourselves, or even those on our team, to be working really hard and not really know why what we’re doing is important. The problem isn’t always effort. Often times the problem is clarity. If we don’t have a clear win then everyone will create their own definition of a win and work towards that. Let’s clarify our win.

• Have your ever worked really hard at something only to find out your goal in the work was wrong?

• How does knowing your why help you be more effective with your what?

• In the areas where you may serve, are you clear with what the win is for that particular area of ministry? If not ask your leader so that you can have clarity.
