When seeking God, there’s a difference between if you can and if you will.
When Jesus walked out of the grave he broke the limits to our faith.
Cain believed in God but he did not believe God at his word.
Faith that is genuine is faith that trusts God and obeys.
Abel’s ability to sacrifice his best came from his trust in God who was his source.
Jesus isn’t just a better sacrifice he’s the perfect sacrifice.
Faith starts with saving faith in him, and produces submission and obedience to God’s will and God’s way, not our own.
Abel didn’t bring his offering trying to earn God’s love, he brought his offering to honor God’s love.
Does your faith believe that fruitfulness happens by your own hands or by the hands of God?
Cain let comparison corrupt him instead of letting God’s compassion course correct his faith.
