Help out with African Children's Choir
The African Children’s Choir will be with us on May 3rd and we need some help while they are here.
Night of the Event:
We will need volunteers to help unload when they arrive around 2:30 on the 3rd, to direct parking for the event, man their sponsorship and product tables, and load after the event. You can use the form below to let us know how you can help.
Host Homes
They will be staying in town to do other community events through May 6th so we will need somewhere for the team to stay for 3 nights. The children do not like to sleep in rooms by themselves, and they are not allowed to sleep in the same room as members of the host family. A single person is welcome to host. All host homes should be within 30 minutes of the church and the host families schedule should allow for the team to be dropped off at 9:45 am on Monday morning and 8:45 am on the other two mornings. We would love to have host homes nailed down by April 19th. Here’s a breakdown of what is needed:
2 homes, each for 1 adult and 2 boys
1 home for 1 adult and 3 boys
4 homes, each for 1 adult and 3 girls
1 home for 1 male adult (bus driver)
