  • Our call as believers:
Submit to God (He is first – His will is now our will)
Resist the Devil/Evil (answer to temptation to sin or apathy)
Draw Near to God (grow to a place of maturity in our spiritual lives where we don’t just view God as a blessing vending machine, but we want to Know Him because we Love Him)

  • We are united with Christ in His birth, at the cross, in His resurrection, through His church, through baptism and by the Holy Spirit.

  • As believers our identity is now In Christ, every part of our lives, everything we have, all the days of our lives, are lived In Christ.

  • The world needs to see Christians who are alive. We need to be those who speak His life, His love, and His hope.

  • When you are In Christ, what ever you may have done in your life, there is grace at the cross, there is new life in His resurrection power and love.

  • When we are living In Christ Jesus our Lord nothing can keep you from His love. His love always hopes, His love endures to the end, and His love never fails.

One of the most profound miracles recorded in the Bible is when Jesus raises Lazarus from death. This story is rich in symbolism and shows both the humanity and divinity of Christ. Jesus knew Lazarus and his family intimately—they were His dear friends. In this story, each of these individuals is experiencing death. Lazarus was dead physically, while Martha and Mary were grieving the loss of their brother and experiencing the death of hope and expectation. Jesus meets each of them personally and displays His resurrection power in every area of their lives. Join me in this five-day plan and let’s see how the resurrection power of Christ can make us alive to new life in Him.
